Congratulations to the winner of our Membership Drive Drawing! The lucky family has been notified and wishes to remain anonymous. Thank you very much to those families who renewed their membership prior to August 15 to be eligible for the drawing (free admission to our Chinese New Year Party for a family of four).
What: FCC Mid-Autumn Festival
Where: Cook Park, Shelter #2 in Tigard
When: Sunday, September 25th, Noon to 3 p.m. [please note that the date changed since a previous announcement]
Come celebrate this family-oriented holiday with fun games, activities for all ages, and lunch at a beautiful park with a great playground! Hot dogs, burgers, and lemonade will be provided.
This event runs all weekend, but FCC will be at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in front of the big tree in the middle of the “bowl area” from 9-noon on Saturday morning.
Come early if you’d like to see the fire boat display on the river or to get up close and personal with the dragon boats. Feel free to bring a blanket or low lawn chairs.
