Current FCC members can elect to have the chapter Heart To Heart newsletter sent to them electronically instead of a paper copy via US Mail.  The cost savings for FCC are significant and you get to enjoy the newsletter in full color.

As an electronic subscriber, you will receive an email with a link to the full PDF file of the newsletter immediately upon publication.  After a week or two, the link to the newsletter will appear on this public web page for all to access.

If you wish to subscribe to the electronic version, you can do so by:

1. Joining FCC and accepting the default option to receive the newsletter via email.
2. If you are a already a member of FCC, send an email to and ask to be added to the newsletter email list.
