Chinese Language and Martial Arts Summer Camp

This summer camp will be held in Henan Province China from July 13 to Aug. 8, 2011 for a two session period. The first session is from July 13 to July 26. The second session is from July 26 to August 8.
Zhengzhou, the capital city of Henan Province, is located in the middle of China. It serves as the political, economic, technological, and educational centre of the province, as well as being a major transportation hub for Central China. It lies on the southern plain of the Yellow River. As an ancient Chinese capital and a traditional trading center, Zhengzhou maintains abundant cultural heritage that reflects its glorious history as well as the culture of Henan Province. The best known tourist attraction is the Shaolin Temple, which is about 50 miles southwest of downtown Zhengzhou. The Shaolin Temple is not only known as one of China’s important Buddhist shrines, but also as the ancient center of Chinese Kung-Fu.
