Join FCC for our Mid-Autumn picnic! We are doing it a little differently this year with a Mid-Autumn Festival at Cook Park in Tigard. We will celebrate the Mid–Autumn Festival with a reading of the story of Chang E and Hou Yi – the story of the Moon Festival. Sunset will be at 7:05 p.m. that evening – Feel free to bring chairs or blankets if you want to stretch out and gaze at the rabbit in the moon! A wonderful celebration together!

Time: 5:30 -8 p.m.
Schedule: Eat, play, crafts until 7:00. Story time and Mooncakes at 7:00 p.m.
Location: Cook Park – Biship-Scheckla Pavillion (close to the playground) 17005 SW 92nd Avenue – near Tigard High School map
Provided: Sandwiches, mooncakes, and lemonade.
Please bring: A potluck side item to share.
Last name A-I: salad, J-R: side dish, S-Z: dessert.
Activities: Craft table – guided by teen volunteers.
Fee: None! Just come and enjoy our community!
